Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are detected, all accounts will be immediately closed and the accumulated balance may be forfeited.

• Providing accurate and complete information at the time of registration is mandatory.
• Only one account may be created per mobile number and email address.
• After creating your account, you may be required to complete an identity verification (KYC) process.
• Registering with false information will result in permanent account termination.
• A888 reserves the right to approve or reject any registration application.

A888 currently accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer, and USDT (crypto). Minimum deposit is ৳300 BDT.

You must use a payment method registered in your own name when making deposits. Funds sent from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be returned.

To withdraw funds from a888, your account's KYC verification must be completed. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed without verification.

• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, all related bets are automatically voided and stakes refunded.
• A888 is not liable for any losses resulting from internet disconnection during live betting.
• A maximum bet limit per match is set for each user.
• If one leg of a combo or accumulator bet is cancelled, the remaining legs continue to stand.
• A888 reserves the right to void any bets won as a result of system bugs or incorrect odds.

• The welcome bonus is available to new users only and can be claimed once per person.

• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to identify or exploit security vulnerabilities in the a888 system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward other users or staff.

A888 may temporarily suspend any account for investigation purposes. During suspension, deposits, withdrawals, and betting will be unavailable.

• Any remaining balance on a legitimately closed account will be refunded, excluding any bonus balance.
• If an account is closed due to fraud or prohibited activity, the entire balance may be forfeited.
